Sir Grange Zoysia grass is a premium narrow leaf alternative to Sir Walter DNA Certified Buffalo. It is a shade and sun tolerant grass that exhibits good drought tolerance. Sir Grange turf is suitable for both residential and commercial lawns.
Sir Grange was developed from one of the largest turf grass breeding programs in the world, by one of the world’s leading turfgrass breeders, Mr David Douget from Blade Runner Farms (BRF) Texas, USA.Sir Grange is loved across the USA as a high-end home lawn and BRF Zoysia is also known as the grass for golfers.Sir Grange can be found on many high-end sites in Australia including Teven Valley Golf Course, Killara Golf Course and Indooroopilly Golf course.High drought, sun and wear tolerance once establishedSir Grange is hardy and tough. It suits full sun situations and has high drought tolerance once established on a good sand/organic or 80/20 base of at least 100-200mm, which is an increasingly important consideration for both residential and commercial lawns. It also has a high tolerance for foot traffic and wear. with excellent self-repairing capability once the root zone is established to a depth of 200mm.

Let's help you out with the calculation of your areas for turf. Using a measuring tape, measure the area to be turfed. Below are some basic formulas to help you during the process of measuring.
To get the area of a square or rectangle, measure two sides in metres (marked A and B in our diagram) and multiply them together.
A X B = Area m2 in our example if A and B were both 5 metres then 5 X 5 = 25m2
o get the area of a circle, measure the radius (marked as 5 metres in our diagram). You then need to multiply Pi X the radius squared3.
14 X Radius2 = Area m2 in our example that is 3.14 X 5 X 5 = 78.5m2
To get the area of a triangle, measure the base (marked as 10 metres in our diagram). You then need to halve that and multiply the result by the height (5 metres in our diagram)
Half Base X Height = Area m2 in our example that is 5 X 5 = 25m2
